Well lets hope he is not guilty....FG, yesterday, made it clear that it would not visit the sin committed by the alleged mastermind of the Nyanya bombing, Aminu Sadiq Ogwuche, on his father, Col. Agene Ogwuche, unless the latter was found wanting of terrorist related activities.
The government also gave reason for the delay in extraditing the suspect, Sadiq Ogwuche, arrested, Wednesday in Sudan, by Interpol to Nigeria, attributing it to procedural matter.

The National Coordinator of National Briefing Centre on Security, Mr Mike Omeri, stated this while  briefing newsmen in Abuja, along side representatives of security agencies.
Omeri said:  “Considering that the extradition processes take some times to conclude, the terror fugitive, Sadiq Ogwuche’s arrival in Nigeria is still being awaited.
”Meanwhile, the relevant officials are working round the clock to conclude the process and bring him back to the country. Further developments on this will be communicated.”
The arrest was through the collaborative efforts of Interpol, DSS, Nigeria Police and the Military Attaché to the Nigerian High Commission in Sudan.
Ogwuche, who is a student of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, Sudan, is a British born Nigerian who deserted the Army in 2006. His service number was SVC 95/104.
He served in the Intelligence Unit of the Nigerian Army at Child Avenue, Arakan Barracks, Lagos, between 2001 and 2006.
Ogwuche, a native of Orokan, Ogbadibo council of Benue State, was allegedly involved in terrorism, leading to his arrest at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on November 12, 2011, on arrival from the UK.
